Porsche Consulting offers attractive career development opportunities: we use a set basic structure to transfer greater responsibility successively to our consultants.
Our consultants start their careers by working 100 percent on a client project. They are responsible for individual parts of this project. On their way from Junior Consultant to Consultant and Senior Consultant, they take over larger parts of projects on a step-by-step basis. Our Managers and Senior Managers lead one or two projects overall including full responsibility for directing them on-site. They are also given responsibility for further developing individual consulting methods. The Associate Partners and Partners manage relations with our clients. They additionally work on strategic business development and direct the employees in their respective disciplines.
You can also choose a career path as an expert at Porsche Consulting. Senior Experts specialize in certain subject areas and serve as central contacts for both our clients and our project teams. They are responsible in large part for bringing in specialized experience and knowledge as well as further developing field-specific consulting methods.
Promotions are announced at Porsche Consulting twice a year, effective January 1 and July 1.
