Women@PorscheConsulting

Our women’s network

Equal opportunities—something that is close to our hearts. At Porsche Consulting, all doors are open for a career path, regardless of gender. With our women’s network Women@PorscheConsulting and targeted events, we support our female employees in achieving their career goals. We are also always on the lookout for new female talent for our company. This is why we showcase Porsche Consulting not only at trade fairs, but also at selected career events that are aimed directly at women. We have been a partner of Global Digital Women since 2018 and over the course of the year we organize several after-work events in various German cities.

What you can look forward to

We offer our female employees plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with their colleagues from all departments—both online and offline. In addition to a business breakfast, we organize an annual two-day networking event for all of Porsche Consulting’s female staff. The focus of this event is on soft skills as well as leadership skills.

In addition to the offerings intended specifically for our female employees, we offer a wide range of further training opportunities. These include an intensive three-week induction phase—our warm-up—and a training week with experts from inside and outside the company that takes place twice a year.

Diversity is the engine of outstanding achievements. People of different genders and from different cultures, working together as a team, provide a wide range of perspectives that usually result in better solutions. That’s why I’m so happy that women currently represent 25 percent of all Porsche Consulting staff—and that figure is on the rise. In 2019 alone, a third of new hires were women.

Eberhard Weiblen
Chairman of the Executive Board

As women are a minority in the consulting business (for the time being at least), I work with women less often than with men. Our internal Women@PorscheConsulting network offers me the ability to get to know my female colleagues quicker and better, to exchange ideas, and to discuss professional issues. That helps me to put together the best teams with the best know-how for our clients.”

“Respect, openness, tolerance, trust, and esteem are the basis of living diversity in all its facets. A fair way of dealing with each other within mixed teams is part of Porsche’s corporate culture. People are at the center of everything we do. We try to learn from one another and to strengthen each other, for there are often many paths to the same goal. Diversity means allowing new things to happen, enabling opportunities, and putting new ideas into practice with passion and sporting spirit.”

Ying Chun Tsui

“Working at Porsche Consulting means breaking through in incredible ways. It is a work environment that truly embraces and respects individualism, entrepreneurship, and flexibility.”
