For starters, the consultants of Porsche Consulting therefore count on a tool that whets the appetite for lean processes: the spaghetti diagram. And for seconds they provide a video analysis with palatable sudden insights.

Is a Chief Operating Officer allowed to just look out of the window during office hours? Of course, even if the working day of Hans Herpoel, COO at Profine GmbH, is planned meticulously. Even so, the qualified engineer only allows himself this luxury for a good reason.

Heating specialist Viessmann, which has already set up a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in all divisions, therefore decided to take the next step in its sales – and opted for a process-oriented reorganization (PRO) by Porsche Consulting.

Gerhard Waldmann, Managing Director of Waldmann Lichttechnik GmbH, is a doer. He tackles work, designs - and time permitting, he likes to hit the skies: Waldmann is a pilot and licensed flying instructor. And now he has taken his company for a loop-the-loop. “At times we had to try out a few aerobatic routines,” he describes the conversion of his business with Porsche Consulting.
