The next steps for a full-time position

We generally do not specify set starting dates for new full-time employees – you are invited to send your application at any time. We always evaluate applications on a trans-divisional basis for a variety of positions. If you are applying specifically for more than one position, please fill out only one application form and use your cover letter to inform us of your interest in the additional position(s).

We will confirm the receipt of your application documents from our online portal by sending you an email. Your application will be evaluated as quickly as possible by our HR specialists and the relevant specialized department.

If your application meets the requirements of the position, we will contact you to arrange a phone interview to be conducted by our HR recruiter. This conversation will last about half an hour: we will want to find out more about your skill set, your reasons for applying, and also give you the opportunity to ask questions. If the phone interview goes well, we will invite you to a Skype interview that takes about one hour in order to see if you fit the job describtion. This interview will be led by experienced colleagues from our team.

If we are further impressed by your technical and interpersonal skills in this interview, we will invite you to an in person interview which will last an hour and a half. This final interview will be held with the executive team and usually includes the person who would be your immediate supervisor. You will be given a request to tackle a case study which may also come from an unfamiliar field. All final candidates will complete a 3- or 4-hour assessment test with an Industrial Psychologist to evaluate intelligence, personality and aptitude. We will then decide whether to offer you a position at Porsche Consulting, and inform you promptly.
