Applicants with professional experience will find that Porsche Consulting offers a superb environment to develop further in both their specialized fields and as individuals. Our consultants work in dynamic teams on a wide range of topics – from innovation management to sales strategy. Their projects change every three to five months. Two to five consultants plus a project manager generally work on-site with a client from Monday through Thursday. They assume responsibility for individual sub-projects there, holding interviews to identify and analyze complex problems and running workshops within client teams. They apply the resulting knowledge directly to clever and pragmatic solutions – initially in pilot contexts. They present their teams’ results to the clients. Then they apply their solutions on a widespread basis, accompanied by a convincing change management program.

An implementation and result-based approach, persuasive power, and entrepreneurial thinking are typical characteristics of Porsche Consulting’s employees. Bring your own interpersonal and communication skills to our team: we are looking for individuals who have already gathered several years of experience at top management consultancies or specialized consulting companies, and who possess high levels of expertise in method and project management. We are just as interested in experts who have already worked at industrial companies and have gathered wide experience in large-scale optimization projects.
