Change in the management of Porsche Consulting

• Magno has been a member of the Executive Board at Porsche Consulting since 2017.
• He will leave the company on 30 April and join the Executive Board of the management and IT consultancy MHP, which also belongs to Porsche AG.
• From July, he will take over the responsibilities of co-founder and CEO Dr Ralf Hofmann, who is moving to the Strategy Advisory Board of MHP.

After 24 years at Porsche Consulting, Federico Magno will leave the company at the end of the month to join MHP. During his time with the company, he rose from the role of consultant to the Executive Board. He played a significant role in the strong growth and internationalization of the now fourth-largest management consultancy in Germany.

As of May 1, Magno will join the management at MHP, also a subsidiary of Porsche AG. After two months, he will take over the role of CEO from MHP co-founder Ralf Hofmann, who will then move to the Strategy Advisory Board.
