In the comprehensive transition to electromobility, he places particular emphasis on identifying future profit pools, strategic capital allocation, efficiency and profitability programs, digitization, innovation and sustainability.
Carsten Kahrs is a trained industrial engineer with a focus on the areas of production and processes. Since starting his career, he has held various positions in Germany and abroad with Porsche Consulting. Beyond his focus on the automotive and supplier sector, he has also worked in the aerospace industry and served as the director of supply chain management services.
