His focus is on the digitization of sales and marketing. To help companies thrive in an increasingly dynamic market environment, he places particular importance on maximum customer-centricity, integration of digital and traditional sales and the development of innovative services.

Since completing his economics degree, Henrik Heinz has worked as a consultant and has gained a wealth of broad, international experience in the financial and automotive industries. He has supported the expansion of the global Brand & Sales unit and worked on a multitude of projects in wide range of industries. As a member of the jury for the German start-up prize, he promotes entrepreneurial spirit in Germany and supports successful start-ups and rising companies as they refine their business models from a sales perspective.
