Lukas and Martin have transformed the spare parts industry. What began as an idea during their time at Porsche Consulting became Sparetech — a fast-growing, global company that helps manufacturers sustainably reduce inventory, costs, and CO₂ emissions, now generating multi-million-euro revenues. Though Lukas is now based in Germany and Martin in the USA, a result of Sparetech’s international expansion, their partnership remains as strong as ever. Together, they share how their consulting roots influenced their path, what it took to build a company, and the value of staying connected through the Porsche Consulting alumni network. 

Fabian has experienced Porsche Consulting’s transformation firsthand — from a single office in Bietigheim-Bissingen to a global leading management consultancy. Over twelve years, he advanced from Associate Consultant to Partner while completing his PhD. Today, he leads Product Management, Strategy, and Cooperations at Volkswagen’s Center of Excellence for Battery.
