The Institut für Automobilwirtschaft (IfA) and the business magazine Automobilwoche annually identify the most attractive employers in the automotive and mobility industry. Once again this year, up to 1,000 students on industry-related degree courses and young professionals evaluated the employer attractiveness of 90 companies in a comprehensive study. The results not only show which companies are particularly in demand, but also what expectations and requirements the next generation has of their future employers.
Porsche Consulting came out on top in this year's attractiveness ranking of consulting companies. For the first time, Porsche Consulting received the award as the most attractive employer in this group, followed by MHP, McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group.
Stefan Stock, HR Director at Porsche Consulting, took the stage at the award ceremony to accept this accolade in the Wagenhallen in Stuttgart and participated in a panel discussion on employer attractiveness and current challenges in the job market. “We want our people to have the best time of their professional lives with Porsche Consulting,” says Stefan Stock. “This recognition as the most attractive employer underscores our commitment to creating an environment where our employees feel valued and supported.”
