Porsche Consulting hosted the first Quality Lounge in Stuttgart on November 26, 2025. Leaders from across industries came together at the headquarters of sports-car manufacturer Porsche AG to rethink quality in times of disruption and acceleration. The dialogue focused on how established processes and startup agility can complement each other to create measurable, transparent, and actionable quality across the entire value chain. A quality mindset is deemed to be a crucial success factor, characterized by empowering employees and leadership providing the example.
Under the patronage of Christian Friedl, Head of Corporate Quality at Porsche AG, the event was built around two thought-provoking impulses: Claire Blondel, Head of Corporate Quality at Decathlon, shared insights on “Quality in Constant Transformation”, highlighting how adaptability and customer focus drive excellence in fast-changing environments. Felix Poernbacher, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of DeepDrive, discussed “Quality from Disruption to Deployment”, illustrating how innovation culture and speed can coexist with uncompromising quality standards.
Participants also experienced quality in action during an exclusive tour of Porsche’s assembly line – witnessing firsthand how precision, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement come together to shape every vehicle.
