What was your path to Porsche Consulting? 

My journey with Porsche Consulting began between my bachelor's and master's studies, when I had the opportunity to join the company as an intern. I returned to write my master’s thesis with the company and joined as a Junior Consultant right after graduation. Five years later, I am still grateful to continue this journey.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to join Porsche Consulting?

Stay curious and open-minded. Every colleague has something valuable to share, whether it’s a best practice or a lesson learned the hard way. If you're willing to listen and reflect, you'll keep growing with every project and every interaction.

My internal acronym at Porsche Consulting has taken on a life of its own – it’s now also my nickname among friends and family. What started as a simple abbreviation has somehow become part of my identity, both at work and at home.
