DKV Card: Evolution of the Fuel Card

Europe’s leading mobility service provider wants to further build on its position. Corporate customers from large freight forwarders to taxi companies and micro-entrepreneurs have fleet-related tasks handled by DKV. The DKV Card, for example: They can use it not only to refuel or charge vehicles, but also to pay parking and toll fees and then create invoices. And DKV is working on innovations to use digital payment, billing and navigation solutions to help shape the course of the industry across Europe and put it on a sustainable path. A strategic realignment that requires speed.

A Building Block for More Imminent Growth

DKV connects more than five million users to a network of suppliers, creating a holistic service for its customers. All signs point to expansion – through an even stronger presence in Europe and new, innovative products and services. In order for technical innovations such as live tracking of deliveries and fleets to reach the market quickly, the internal structure has to be efficient and adaptable as well. Porsche Consulting helped build a cross-departmental, efficient production unit.

Digital Services for the Mobility of Tomorrow

Solutions to address the weaknesses of the previous organization and tap savings potential were devised together with the DKV team.
