Carsten Kahrs

Carsten Kahrs is a Senior Partner and Industry Director for the Automotive and Supply sector at Porsche Consulting. In the rapidly changing ecosystem of automotive mobility, he supports companies through the entire value creation chain, from raw materials producers to the finished vehicle. In the comprehensive transition to electromobility, he places particular emphasis on identifying future profit pools, strategic capital allocation, efficiency and profitability programs, digitization, innovation and sustainability. 

Carsten Kahrs is a trained industrial engineer with a focus on the areas of production and processes. Since starting his career, he has held various positions in Germany and abroad with Porsche Consulting. Beyond his focus on the automotive and supplier sector, he has also worked in the aerospace industry and served as the director of supply chain management services.
