无论您是在校生、应届毕业生还是有工作经验的人，我们都非常欢迎您的投递。在通过简历筛选后，HR团队会尽快安排和您电话面试。我们期待在电话面试中更好地了解您，同时您也可以利用这个机会全面了解保时捷咨询。
笔头案例及行为面试
笔头案例及行为面试
除个人综合能力外，我们也会通过笔头案例及行为面试评估您在专业领域的表现。这通常需要2个小时，您需要用1小时的时间独立完成笔头案例，并利用剩余时间和面试官一起就案例进行分析研究。
口头案例及行为面试
口头案例及行为面试
我们将会结合您的专长领域，为您匹配合适的项目经理进行一对一面试。在这一环节中，面试官会和您就特定案例进行探讨并交换意见。相比于刻板的理论，我们更期待看到您有自己的洞察以及对这份工作的热情。
终试
终试
最后一轮面试您将有机会见到未来的上级领导，他希望了解您后续在团队的适应情况。同时您也可以进行充分的提问，以确定保时捷咨询将会是您最好的选择。
