Your Responsibilities
- Advise our clients' top management in the field of battery cell development, mainly for customers in the mobility industry
- Take responsibility and control of consulting projects in the field of advanced battery cell development
- Setup and implement development strategies, design and optimize future organizations, develop and implement advanced product development processes, initiate cost down initiatives as well as global benchmarks and conduct technical due diligences
- Assume end-to-end project management, from defining goals to assigning work packages, from staffing to successful completion of the project
- Actively participate in project acquisition, key account management and further development and maintenance of the customer network
What We Expect from You
- Successfully completed degree in (industrial) chemistry, (industrial) engineering, physics or an equivalent course
- Several years of professional experience in one of the global market leaders regarding battery cells, ideally combined with leadership, project management or consulting experience
- In-depth knowledge of battery cell development
- Professional appearance as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Inspiring team spirit and motivation to achieve goals together
- Strong flair for entrepreneurship and independent working method
- International experience will be an advantage
- Distinct willingness to travel (also abroad) and excellent command of English, additional language skills are an advantage
