The Institut für Automobilwirtschaft (IfA) and the business magazine Automobilwoche have once again identified the most attractive employers in the automotive and mobility industry. In their annual study, up to 1,000 students from industry-related degree programs and young professionals evaluated 90 companies based on employer attractiveness, expectations, and workplace values.
Porsche Consulting has again secured the top spot in the consulting category – earning the distinction of most attractive employer for the second year in a row. The study not only highlights the most sought-after employers, but also offers valuable insights into what young professionals are looking for in their future careers – from purpose-driven work and professional development to a strong organizational culture. Porsche Consulting’s sister company, MHP – A Porsche Company, followed closely in second place. McKinsey & Company and PwC Strategy& GmbH also secured top positions in this year’s ranking of consulting firms.
The award ceremony took place yesterday in Stuttgart. Stefan Stock, Global Head of HR at Porsche Consulting, accepted the award and participated in a panel discussion on employer branding and the evolving demands of the talent market.
