The German business newspaper Handelsblatt reports on the strategic realignment of Porsche Consulting. The management consultancy is positioning itself more clearly as an independent company in the consulting market. Eberhard Weiblen, CEO of Porsche Consulting, attributes this strategic shift to the growing number of consulting mandates with external clients in industries such as life sciences, aerospace, defense, energy, and construction. “Our strong external business is what sustains us,” Weiblen emphasizes in an interview with Handelsblatt.

Internationally, the business continues to grow as well. Around 60 employees work for Porsche Consulting in the United States. With the opening of a new office in Los Angeles in 2025, the management consultancy further expanded its network in the United States.

Despite its stronger orientation toward the external consulting market, Porsche Consulting remains part of the sports car manufacturer Porsche AG. After a decline in revenue in 2024, the business stabilized in 2025. “We’ve reached a turning point. In 2026, we expect to return to strong growth,” says Eberhard Weiblen.
