Bayer Crop Science has its sights set on the future of agriculture. At its Swiss site in Muttenz, the Group produces crop protection intermediates for many types of fruit, vegetables and cereals. With its "Move-Up!” program, the company is further expanding its existing performance culture: Together with consultants from Porsche Consulting, the Bayer Crop Science employees in Muttenz prepared the blueprint for the development of a site-specific production system. This serves as a role model: After its pilot phase, the transfer to further locations is planned. One of its success factors is the high level of acceptance among the workforce.
