Associated Groups

Stronger Together for a Diverse Future

Our Diversity Committee consists of 20 employees from across the company. As a driver, connector, and strategic partner, it leads our DE&I efforts and connects strategic goals with lived experience. At the core of our DE&I ecosystem are four Diversity & Inclusion Communities. They amplify employee voices, highlight diverse experiences, and drive cultural change by connecting colleagues, exposing structural barriers, and helping to dismantle them, playing a key role in shaping an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.

Women's Community

Our most established and largest community, founded in 2015 and now counting over 280 women: Women@Porsche Consulting has long been a strong ans trusted platform for exchange, empowerment, and the targeted advancement of women within our company.

Proud Community

Proud@Porsche Consulting stands for visibility and support of our queer colleagues. It creates safe spaces for open exchange, promotes awareness, and is part of our commitment to a workplace where sexual orientation and gender identity are accepted and respected.

Parents Community

Balancing family and work is a daily challenge for many parents. Parents@Porsche Consulting provides support, opportunities for exchange, and inspiration for everyone navigating family life – from parental leave and caregiving to flexible work models and a family-friendly company culture.

Cultures Community

Cultures@Porsche Consulting is our newest community, founded in 2025. It fosters intercultural dialogue and raises awareness of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences with the goal to create a workplace where cultural diversity is embraced and celebrated as strength.

Ahmed Nagi

Ahmed plays as Senior Expert in the Innovation Management Team within our Development & Technology Practice a crucial role in tackling the key challenges our clients face during their innovation journeys. Ahmed is an active member of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee, where he helps drive cultural change and foster an inclusive work environment. Ines Warnking

Ines joined us with a clear mission: to drive innovation and elevate the work for our clients to new levels. Outside of work, Ines dedicates her free time to skydiving and mastering the art of free-falling in wind tunnels. This fearless approach reflects her dedication to pushing boundaries, both personally and professionally. As a mother, Ines successfully navigates the challenges of balancing her career as Manager in the Construction, Infrastructure and Mining Industry with family life – proving that ambition and personal fulfillment can go hand in hand. Personal Development

Growth Through Diversity and Inclusion

To strengthen awareness and foster fair leadership, all new employees complete mandatory training on the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) at the beginning of their employment. Additionally, DE&I principles are integrated into our leadership programs to promote inclusive leadership at every level of the organization. As our DE&I ecosystem continues to evolve, we are actively exploring new ways to ensure that every voice and identity, including those not yet represented by a formal community, is recognized, valued, and supported.
