Our Diversity Committee consists of 20 employees from across the company. As a driver, connector, and strategic partner, it leads our DE&I efforts and connects strategic goals with lived experience. At the core of our DE&I ecosystem are four Diversity & Inclusion Communities. They amplify employee voices, highlight diverse experiences, and drive cultural change by connecting colleagues, exposing structural barriers, and helping to dismantle them, playing a key role in shaping an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.
