“Companies today increasingly expect young talent to bring basic digital or AI‑related skills and are adjusting entry‑level tasks accordingly,” Schmidt explains. This is also creating new opportunities, especially for those who actively engage with digital technologies and AI. “Anyone who brings these capabilities gains a clear advantage.”
