As (Senior) Manager (all genders) Digital Transformation, you help to shape the digital future for our clients and generate visible results in interdisciplinary teams.

Our projects range from the formulation of (digital) strategies, through rapid implementing pilot projects, to ensuring long-term success by closely accompanying the overall transformation roll-out.

• Top Management Consulting projects cross industries with a strong strategic core and excellence in implementation
• Guiding top management on the design and implementation of digital strategies for future positioning
• Design and validate customer-centric business models and establishment/expansion of ecosystem strategies
• Definition and implementation of future Digital Operating Models for business and IT incl. optimization of existing processes and organizational setup

What We Expect from You

• College degree, ideally with a specialty in Business, (Business) Engineering or (Business) Information Systems
• 6+ years of professional experience in a management consultancy or a management role in a corporate or scale-up
• Profound understanding of digital technologies and their impact on current and future business models plus pleasure in strategy development and entrepreneurial thinking
• Leadership experience in the context of top management consulting incl. the development and implementation of digital strategies and/or support of digital transformation projects
• People and project management track-record – from definition of goals, team creation and -leadership to success tracking and successful project completion
• Natural leadership and perceived seniority, working well across all levels of the organization and able to communicate complexity in a simple way with strong focus on clients and results
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Very good German and English
• High willingness for domestic and international travel
